Prices

At BEST we aim to provide a customised approach to each enquiry we receive as we believe no two businesses have or need the same requirements.

However, three pricing options will always apply:

Hourly Rate
A pay as you go (PAYG) option for clients who may require support
on an casual basis.

Digital & Audio Rate
Will be billed in minute increments

Retainer Package
Ideal for clients requiring regular support each month. Hours can be purchased in advance and a discount on the hourly charge will be
granted accordingly. We currently offer the following retainer plans:

10 hours per month - 5% discount
20 hours per month - 10% discount
30 hours per month - 15% discount
40 hours per month - 20% discount

Services available 24hrs a day 7 days a week.

Additional Expenses
All materials and expenses incurred on behalf of clients will be charged separately at cost (e.g. stationery, telephone calls, postage etc).
