At BEST we aim to provide a customised approach to each enquiry we receive as we believe no two businesses have or need the same requirements.

However, three pricing options will always apply:

Hourly Rate
A pay as you go (PAYG) option for clients who may require support
on an casual basis.

Digital & Audio
Please email details of your transcription project for a quote.

Retainer Package
Ideal for clients requiring regular support each month.
Hours can also be purchased in advance.

For a free quotation or assessment or to
simply learn more about the support packages available

Working hours are flexible and adaptable to the needs of the client

Additional Expenses

All materials and expenses incurred on behalf of clients will be charged separately at cost (e.g. stationery, telephone calls, postage etc).
